Mac & Cheese

So. I have been convinced I do NOT like Macaroni and Cheese. It seemed like it was something that would give you (A) heartburn and (B) a very upset stomach. After the surprise dinner my husband made the other week, I am willing to - on the record - confess that I was wrong.

Mac & Cheese rules.

At least if you prepare it the way Brett did: lots and lots of broccoli, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, yellow onion, kidney beans, oat cream, and chili pepper. And macaroni and grated cheese of course.

Cook the pasta. Fry the chili pepper, mushrooms and onion until soft. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, oat cream, broccoli, kidney beans, pasta, and grated cheese. Let it bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (about 200°C/400°F).
