After-workout couscous!

Another after-workout meal!

This is what you need:
  • Zucchini
  • Spring onions
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Black beans
  • Spinnach
  • Feta cheese
  • Couscous
  • Avocado

Start by frying chopped up zucchini in olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.


Add halved tomatoes and the black beans.


Add chopped up spring onion.


At the very end, add the spinach and feta cheese. Serve with couscous and avocado.
